What I love about this exercise DVD set is that Shaun T actually knows how to make the midsection come out…by targeting the area with specific dance moves, burning a ton of calories, which in turn burns a lot of fat, which is the exact way to uncover your abs. ![]() Hip Hop Abs, on the other hand, doesn’t require you to do not 1 sit up, floor crunch, or anything like that. One of the big problems, however, with using some of these ab machines or even any of the other exercise programs designed to chisel your abdominals and midsection is that the exercises that they recommend either don’t properly target the core muscles or can actually aggravate the area.
